Google Maps -- Slow to Load
The new site is slow to load and tough to navigate b/c of the mapping features. I use the "Site Map" to get mass times at various parishes. RESPONSE: Yes, Google maps can be slow. If you prefer, type in the Parish or Church name in the "Search" box. Or please take note, that if you click on a county (in the "Parishes" dropdown), the parishes or neighborhoods are listed in the right hand column (next to the map), so you don't need to use the map to find Mass times, etc.

Forms Not Working?
Great redesign, just noticed that many of the links for forms and such are not yet working. RESPONSE: Yes. We've had MANY glitches in the software (since the April 19th launch), but most are now fixed. If your feedback didn't get attention, please submit again. We also need to ask that all re-submit your "parish spotlight" recommendations and new "church photos"...we lost almost all.

Parish Missing
St. Dunstan Parish is missing on the San Mateo County page. Looks great! RESPONSE: Sorry...fixed! We're sure there are many of these types of mistakes...please keep letting us know.

Job Postings?
The new design is great, but I urge you to post job openings which is being done on other diocesan web sites. RESPONSE: It's in the works.

The new design is BEAUTIFUL!
As the administrative assistant for USF-ICEL, I'm on your website all the time. I was so surprised when I surfed on today because it's so different from when I was looking something up just last friday! The new design is BEAUTIFUL! I haven't had a spare moment to look around more, but from the looks, I'm assuming it's easier to navigate. I look forward to using all of the new techie functions, as well! GREAT JOB webmaster!!

Searching for a Priest?
I love the new website! Thank you. Here is my question: I use other diocesan websites to locate specific priests. How does someone use OUR website to find a priest if he or she doesn't know the priest's parish or assignment? Thank you. RESPONSE: Type in the Priest's name in the "Search" box in the upper right of any page. Currently only Pastors are searchable.

Thank You & Ideas
I am getting older and have old eyes. I like that the text can be enlarged but would like to have the text darker or black instead of gray ... like my hair. It is difficult to read on the white background. I use the internet everyday and it is about time for a 21st Century Website. Thank you very much. Any chance to get some content from our newspaper "Catholic San Francisco"? Fresh content will bring people back. How about a weekly reflection or brief article by our beloved Archbishop? Just some ideas. RESPONSE: Thanks for the ideas -- (1) we've changed the text color to black from grey, (2) the left hand section (on the home page) is devoted to Catholic San Francisco articles, and (3) Archbishop's Column will be updated weekly.
